Hats belong in boxes to protect from being completely flattened during transit, which is exactly what happened in this instance. NOT A BAD SELLER! We all make mistakes sometimes.
Seller was great to work with and kept me updated on shipping the item (it was a birthday gift with a fairly tight timeline). Item was as described, but unfortunately the shirt did not fit my son. Seller allowed us to do a return. Thanks for being great to work with!
The item was lost in shipping and never arrived, but the seller worked with me to make it right. Eventually, the seller provided a full refund after contacting the post office. I would highly recommend this seller.
