  1. I ordered a part for a 1973 Firebird Formula, Part # OER 1680402 Full Outer Rocker Panel Sold by: JEGS High Performance. It was shipped FedEx Ground. Unfortionatly the Rocker Panel was Wrap and Protected properly in the box. But FedEx i guess did not help, they ruff with the box handling wise. Part got damaged in shipping. 1 end, got bent out of shape. JEGS Great Customer Service A+++++++++++++++++++++++ Refunded the Complete Purchase and Shipping was FREE. And was told to KEEP The PART A+++

  2. Wrong item was sent, ebay made it a nightmare so I contacted JEGS directly. I will be useing JEGS' website for any future orders from JEGS. Feedback is on the replacement sent by JEGS: Great quality for a reasonable price. The packageing was bare minimal which saved the extra work and trash removal costs to get rid of a cardboard box. All in all the customer service is better on their actual website where they don't have Ebay trying to make customers jump threw hoops just to make a return.

  3. Received part in a box as big as i am with the part in its own sealed box very well wrapped in bubble wrap. Only problem is that it is a layered part and most if the plastic tips were broken. No damage to boxes so i think it was broken before shipping. Called jegs and sent a pix and they immediately sent me a new one. Thanks Jegs for great service
