Received an empty box. Seller refunded my money no problem but it was still 15 days I waited for something I never got because it was either never sent or poorly packaged and now I have to re purchase it somewhere else. No offer to expedite me another one just here’s your money back… cya.. wasted time
Seller was great. Came through as promised and as expected. Aftermarket product was definitely not OEM quality but I expected that and it seems to be doing its job. Would buy again.
Item was as described and shipped pretty quick. Very good communication. I would suggest they pack the item a little better for protection though. Good rack for the price.
