The item arrived sooner than I expected (maybe the cost of USPS shipping was for expedited) and was extremely well/professionally packed. It appears the seller has a whole retinue of packing equipment and she did a great job ensuring the product arrived safe & sound. The item looks almost new and is way more presentable than my 30+ year old (same model) coffee maker! I haven't tried it out yet, but will soon. Seller was very responsive to my questions. Paid more than I expected, but no regrets.

GROK TALKS: Microsoft Regional Director PROGRAM was delivered well packaged and protected within good postage time, and arrived in used condition as described. D.V.D. tested, nearly all video files rip and play without any issues. Last video has very short sound cut out at the start, plus some audio and video desync throughout, but they may not be disc issues and are possibly editing mistakes instead. Many thanks to DaisysTreasureHunt for selling and shipping this item to me internationally! 💙
