Excellent communication. The controller looks brand new and buttons are nice and springy and not mushy at all for a pre-owned controller. This is an excellent restoration job and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this seller. I was notified that my item had been delivered but not to my address. The tracking number showed this. Even though the pkg was addressed to me it stated it was delivered to another state. The seller promptly refunded me the money but then the item showed up and even though I offered to make it right the seller told me to just keep the item. The seller promptly responded to all my communication!
Original packaging even though item was listed as used. Item was in great condition. Shipping was quick, got here in a few days. Item was as described in listing, maybe even better. Great value, would recommend this seller or use in the future.
