Never recieved item. Tracking is stuck on 'Out For Delivery' with eta of 9pm (on today the 6th) — Tracking shows it's in my city and all. Item has not been delivered, even though the system insists it's supposed to have been delivered by now. Ebay protocol says i have to wait a week before they'll take action. VERY frustrating experiance. It is currently 9:11pm with tracking STILL saying 'Out For Delivery' with no sign of the item. Here's a pic of my empty hand since i have no item to review.
