The item I purchased was not available, and so I received a newer model at no extra cost. This was communicated in a quick and succinct fashion. Shipping was shockingly quick (about a week from Japan to East Coast USA). The packaging was great and my item arrived in perfect condition. 10/10

Altough the shipping company did a bad job, the seller was impeccable in the whole process. As described, good value even though i was robbed by DHL in "Treatment taxes". And great packaging, did not expect the original box at all!
