This listing is for a used, tested, and working Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v1.0. Model number 1048. It is dated as 12/2017. I plugged it into my computer and it does work. Feet in the back are present. There is some wear on the rest pads and the control and “s” keys have some of their symbols worn off.
