Very nice pennants -- just as described and I'm happy with them. I always leave a five-star review because selling and shipping can be tough. You can buy from this seller with confidence. Be prepared, though, for your item to be slow getting shipped. Also, the $14.99 they charged as a flat rate for shipping was high, though I knew it when I bought them. The package weighed 6 ounces and was shipped only about 60 miles, from Detroit to a suburb (probably cost them $5 total)
