The controller I received had some issues, so as soon as I got it I messaged the seller with what issues I was having. They advised me to start the return process and all I can say is WOW. Everything they said was as it should be had little mix up with my old address being on my account my product was sent to my old address and not to mine hopefully seller will take care of that and resend me the phone or reimburse me the money but I've heard all good news and good things about the company I really appreciate it have a great day thank you for your time I will be a return customer
I was expecting (based on description) the item to have an inline volume/mute control but this headset didn't have one so I started a return. The seller refunded my money and told me not to worry about returning the item, so that was nice. Even though the purchase didn't work out I appreciated the sellers responsiveness regarding the return. I would absolutely do business with them again.
