The item was as advertised and arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and undamaged, but the carrier complained that it was not packed well. The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.
I brought this laptop from the seller for my fiancé bday and it looked brand new and worked wonderful. It came packed up very nice and it looked pretty much brand new as well. I ended up buying one for myself so I hope when I get mine it will be the same quality. Items arrived extremely quickly. Packing could've been better--as both drives were only wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap. As others have posted, one drive was Seagate, and the other was Western Digital, so not exactly as described. Had no prob with the Seagate, but the WDigital at first gave me probs during the clean install process. However, after working with it about a month, it seems OK. Let's hope it stays that way. Good service.
