The device I got had 1 charge cycle! That is practically new. If this shipped in the original box, I'd have thought they accidentally sent me a new laptop. Shipping box was packed well, and even though the seller didn't directly respond to my message requesting a prompt shipping, they did ship it the same day. So no complains there. TL;DR: Arrived in great condition, looking pristine. Seller shipped it fast!
Battery life was 94.3% of original, which I read is acceptable under refurbished expectations. Seller was quite curt with me in my communication, however, I understand that they are offering this at a discounted price. As such, I do still recommend this product and seller, and would do future business with them. The item was in pristine condition (high quality and appearance), and looks brand new.
