This is a replacement unit under Microsoft's Extended Service Plan with Accidental Damage Protection. I needed a Surface during the 2 week turn around time so I upgraded to an i7 version and never opened this one after it came back. The Microsoft program does work great, you open a ticket, they provide the shipping label and you pay $45 deductible. I had dropped my original and cracked the corner of the screen, The contract expires 12\27\2025 as you can see in the screen shot with matching serial number of the box. There is NOT a charger in the box but I will supply a factory Microsoft charger. Worth noting the Pro 9 can be charged with USB C port and I would assume 65 watt or higher brick as they factory charger is 65 watts.
