Shipping was in a timely fashion, Packaging is on the needs to improve side as the top of the box was cracked open and I could see the hard drive, better packing and more tape would have fixed this issue. The hard drive is as described and tested fine and was a fair value. Over all I give this seller 5 stars and I would use sellers services in the future. Thank you
Purchase 4 drives, and all 4 arrived. Unfortunately all 4 drives were firmware locked to a specific type of drive array, so they can't be used, but the seller was very good at communicating and was quick to offer a return. It isn't enough of an issue to return them, so I will keep the drives. But great seller to deal with, in the future I may purchase from them again.
