I received the product ordered in original sealed packaging. Unfortunately manufacturers do not always provide dates of processing so makeup can become a gamble of sorts. Through no fault of the seller the item had become unusable. Contacted them as soon as I opened package and explained the condition of product. Seller refunded the purchase price immediately. That is excellent customer service and will shop with this seller again. Thank you for your time Jnkflowerpatch, little things do matter!

I’m a repeat buyer from this seller and love their products and service. This item arrived with a cut seal…not wholly unexpected given the disclaimers in the description…I knew the risk going in and I appreciated the full disclosure. The product was a bit dried out/evaporated/volume loss which I will try to rectify with a bit of Duraline. Wish me luck! Overall though, given the price point and unknown age of the item, I’ll be happy as a clam when/if I can reconstitute to original consistency.

I did feel, upon receipt of the items, that they were low on product in a few of them and that was unexpected based on the description of the item, and the seller immediately made it right with me by issuing a partial refund as soon as I made the issue known.
