  1. The item was in very clean condition and worked as stated. The box that was used for shipping was badly damaged by the USPS, but fortunately the item was in a sealed bag inside thus protecting the item. The product description in the listing mentioned that only the tool was available for purchase. A thumb nut and edge guide were missing from the too, which technically are part of the tool. I contacted the seller and they requested to tool be returned and a full refund would be issued. They did!

  2. Seller had the best price for the DVD I wanted, plus it is New & Sealed! A real bargain! I ordered it on New Year's Eve, & still received it in 4 business days. The DVD was wrapped in plastic, & mailed in a new padded envelope; very secure packaging. I even got a follow-up message from seller, on the day of delivery, telling me to enjoy my purchase!
