Item shipped did not match description. Did not operate on battery power and was a model that did not accept battery operation despite description in listing and reply in message sent to seller. Item arrived with broken printer door. Seller was prompt in responding and sent replacement printer but could not correct the battery issue so offered full refund. Sent unit back and seller promptly refunded. I would consider doing business with seller. He was prompt and responsive.
Once I received the O2 sensor, it was discovered that it did not work. The seller responded promptly to my messages and apologized that my item did not work. My purchase price along with shipping was refunded the same day I originally contacted them. Although I was disappointed the item did not work, I would say that this was a positive experience and would definitely purchase something from this seller again.
The product came and was basically brand new. Seller was very responsive and said what he/she is going to do. A portion was missing and the seller is sending on the way. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
