Requested extra pictures before purchasing to verify something. Seller was very polite and quick to respond. Item got caught in post for a while - not the seller's fault at all but they were quick to offer solutions. Thankfully it was unnecessary and the item did arrive, a few days late. I'd trust this seller in the future.
I waited a few days to leave feedback to run the laptop through a full barrage of installations and tasks. This seller did an excellent job of describing the product, and all claims are spot on. Package was extremely well packaged and arrived right on time. Good transaction! 
Shipping was quick. Device had scratches that were BARELY visible without my screen protector and with it they don't exist. The packaging was superb. It was as described by seller and great value for cost. Just the shipping cost was a bit high but was worth it.
