The item arrived on time with expected amounts of wear and tear. Just a tiny amount of scratching, which was said in the description. Nothing drastic, we just did not like the sound quality for the price of these headphones. The band on top is also very thin, so it would not be comfortable for us to wear. We returned it, but the seller gave us no issues, and it was an easy transaction. Would do business with this seller again.
