There was a mix up and the wrong wax bar was sent. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out the item I had ordered. I offered to pay for or send back the item I didn't order, but they just said to keep it. That was very kind of them and way above and beyond what I thought would be fair. Great seller, class act. I'll reorder when this wax runs out.
