I rated my experience as "Neutral" because of two main factors: 1. The product was not as described and did not function (DOA). 2. The seller did attempt to correct the situation by refunding me half of the cost of the original purchase. I won't be buying anything from this seller in the future because they don't seem to understand some of the items they are selling. The packaging quality was good. The shipping cost and speed was fine. The component value was very low.
The delivery drivers had a difficult time following directions to gain access into the secured apartment complex had they followed instructions on the resident delivery signage posted on the doors they would have been able to deliver the package. It took a 3rd delivery attempt and the package finally arrived. Other than delivery issues I am happy with the outcome and product that arrived.
