I received this item yesterday and the exterior box showed some potential damage. I contacted the seller and they replied immediately. I assembled it today and it is undamaged. I love this filing cabinet because it is more than just a filing cabinet. It is great and is a great addition to my home office. Great seller and a great product.
The product arrived damaged, so I contacted the seller, who said it was probably caused during shipping. they did give us 20% back for compensation My husband was able to fix it. It looks nice, quality is ok for the money.
I received the manual kit. But not the fireplace insert. Please advise. I know description said it might come in two boxes but "my ebay" said it has been delivered. Yes but only half.
