The item was erroneously reported delivered by the carrier, but the seller verified I was telling the truth that the item had been lost in transit, and I received a full refund. I appreciated their decency VERY MUCH, a different experience from what I've had with other sellers, and eBay lately!!! Unfortunately, all carriers have become unreliable, and eBay no longer honors the warranty once the item is reported delivered... a real pity.
