Bought as a Christmas gift for the daughter and son in law for their annual winter camping trip. Worked great for them with 2 dogs and the wood stove. Shipping was advertised as delivering the week of Dec 11th but there was an issue and did not show up till after the 25th. Seller was responsive and kept us up to date. Nice tent for the price, and easy to set up.
Item was received with a damaged box from shipping. It had two ripped holes that exposed the product to rubbing and one of the roller wheels was bent into the main body. The packaging was inadequate for coast to coast handling. The seller made good on the issue and gave a full credit rather than return it. Manufacturer needs to use a better pack design.
