This is an HONEST seller! The item was erroneously reported delivered by the carrier, but the seller verified I was telling the truth that the item had been lost in transit, and I received a full refund. I appreciated their decency VERY MUCH, a different experience from what I've had with other sellers, and eBay lately!!! Unfortunately, all carriers have become unreliable, and eBay no longer honors the warranty once the item is reported delivered... a real pity.
Excellent follow through. There was a minor hiccup with the product being delivered to the wrong address but that was taken care of so we would buy from them again. The product itself was as described and we are satisfied.
