After receiving the item I ordered, I found a hole in the fabric. Being new to eBay, I contacted eBay rather than the seller because I was under the impression that the plain English meaning of ‘no returns accepted’ meant that the seller didn’t have to do anything & I was stuck. Seller was very concerned this happened and apologized for missing the hole in the fabric. She refunded every cent I spent for the purchase. The item is on its way back to her. All in all I was happy at the outcome.
