Waited six weeks for item but never received it. Seller said he had trouble working with new customs requirements. Since then, he did authorize a refund which I received. Seller did not communicate problem with customs until after I submitted original negative feedback. I am changing feedback to neutral since I realize new customs have made things more difficult.
