Realised afte an hour that i had ordered teh wrong item, contacted suppier but had already been despatched. suggested i decline the package, or if not able to, start a return. arrived on the second day, very good, while out, but started the return immediately I got back, and sent it out the next day. full refund recieved 2 ays later. Exceptional service, and although the wrong item was ordered and I didnt open the pack it seemed to be all there and in good condition. well done
Almost exactly as depicted, it still worked but did not come with the spacer so had to improvise the fitting. Packaging in original packaging with card around it but considering the item maybe a bit of padding would have been good. Overall still happy with this the seller did mention they contacted Motobat and they no longer supply the spacer, so good communication, and they did try to resolve the issue it unfortunately was not in there control.
