Seller was great. Product as described, genuine ITW Fastex, not a low quality knockoff. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Contacted the seller as soon as I realized, the seller had already packaged the item & scheduled it for pick-up by USPS, but due to a USPS holiday the item had not yet shipped. The seller was willing to open the package and swap the item for the size I needed. Obviously this was an inconvenience to them. I appreciate their willingness to correct my error.
