Item arrived and works great. No big issues. I would recommend including more packing materials than what was used though. The post office beat up the package very severely and the single sheet of packing paper wasn't enough to protect the products outer box inside. Was completely crushed. If Oral B didn't pack their items so well it could have easily been destroyed.
The item was of good quality, arrived in good condition due to the packaging, and bought for a really rational price. Overall a pleasant experience and I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future, if the opportunity presents itself
The item was packaged for shipping really well. I am taking the product with me on a trip so I kept it in it's box for now. So can't really comment further. Seller was great with communication and follow through. Two thumbs up!
