The seller communicated promptly, and quickly provided a partial refund, when I contacted them about a damaged DVD that needed replacement in a complete series set. This will allow me to complete the set with a replacement disc at a good value. I also appreciated that the seller took great care in packaging the set for shipping, which arrived securely in a box surrounded by bubble wrap.
