As advertised. The shield is only heat protected on the flaps that go under the mufflers and not the whole thing as the stock one. Holes on the side that screws through the rear bumper cover and into the screw holes in the body did not match up. I had to secure the shield to the bumper cover itself and forget about trying to screw it into the unibody as the stock one was. Overall you can make it work with some minor effort, but don't expect a drop-in perfect fit. I would buy again.
