I explained to seller that even though product was in a new unopened box as described, once I opened the jar the discoloration of the cream made it clear that it was not fresh. The Seller responded immediately , explained he had no way of knowing this, apologized and gave immediate refund. Was fair and very responsive to my request. Would buy from them again.
