Stylish modern look for bedrooms, bathrooms and pass-thru doors KEY-LESS Lever style handles, reversible and work in either up or down motion. All hardware, instructions and drilling template are included with EACH handle set. As these are "key-less" privacy doors, the exterior handle has disc with a slot set into the handle (see pics 7 and 8). A small "key" is included with the hardware pack that just has a flat end that can be used to open the door from the outside in case of accidentally locking yourself out of the room. Or if your significant other locks you out, but you need to get your teddy bear....... A coin will also do the trick! Length of handle = 4-1/4" Diameter of finish bezel (round thing against the door) = 2-5/8" Depth of handle (sticks out this far from door) = 2-1/4" on "exterior" side (no lock button) See Photos = 2-3/4" on "interior" side (WITH lock button) VERY easy to install, will work with door thicknesses of 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" Latch is adjustable for handle offset of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" -- this is the hole thru the door where the handle goes, measured from edge of door. Hole diameter for handle installation needs to be 2-1/8" Bore hole for latch (in edge of door) needs to be minimum of 7/8" diameter I've included some pictures of these handles installed on some old (early 1980's) interior doors that have about 50 coats of some kind of stain on them. I had removed the old brass round knobs in favor of these, and they really did make it a bit more bearable to use the doors, instead of tearing them all out and burning them, lol! Lipstick on a pig, I know - but only so many hours in a day - plus I wanted to see if I liked them! Now I will have them handy when I replace the doors!
