This TP-Link PoE splitter was listed as "New" condition, and the description was straight from TP-link as too the pictures. No other specifics were mentioned about the item. What I got was a new splitter with plastic still on it. What I didn't get was the power cable, ethernet cable and not shipped in the OEM box but rather a random pouch. Not getting the ethernet cable or box was ok but needed the power cable. Since the item was listed as no return I had to open a case. Be safe!
