While labels was correct, yarn colir was not. Even though it was manufacturer error, Seller should bear the responsibility for ensuring items shipped matches their description. One can look at picture of the yarn & see the item they rcvd & shipped didn't match. They're totally different hues & colors. My problem was even though I provided proof of discrepancy, Seller fought me on it. They went by what label said, but not by colors associated. Like a red label on a blue crayon.
I already just reviewed this item. My first order never came, though UPS said it was delivered, but the seller was very prompt in issuing a refund. I reordered and the seller shipped it immediately and it came even earlier than I expected. The product seems good and I appreciate the sellers' excellent service.
Ups lost my order. As soon as I contacted the seller my money was refunded within a couple of hours. That is commendable and rare. It is the way things should be done. I will definitely buy from this seller again and will highly recommend them.
