This purchase (salt and pepper shakers) was canceled by the seller. She explained that the items were damaged during preparation for shipping, which I can understand. The only issue I had was that the reason given on e-bay for cancellation was “at request of buyer,” which wasn’t the case, but I’m unaware of the options she was given by e-bay. In any case, the full purchase price was promptly refunded; thank you! I ordered some others but they were more expensive (larger and more elaborate).
The shipping was very quick and the Lucite was packaged extremely securely. It arrived in pristine condition. My parents designed and manufactured these Lucite collectibles back in the 1970s. They manufactured many other Lucite paperweights as well. Needless to say, it is very sentimental to me. It is exactly as described at a fair price. I will happily purchase from this A+++ seller again.
I am extremely happy that this bow was delivered. But it comes with good news and bad news. The good news is that it’s brand new in the original packaging as described by the seller. The bad news is that it has been in the bag for so long - I hope I can get the wrinkles out. Shipping costs were fine. Seller responded quickly and had it in the mail.
