The ring was packed very well and arrived only a day late, but that was probably because of the 3 distribution warehouses that went to here in Arizona. I’m extremely happy with the value. The ring appears never worn and looks like new and it’s exactly as the seller described. Good quality for the money that was paid.
The items that I received have no Kendra Scott markings. I contacted seller and she was willing to offer a refund upon return or partial refund to keep them. They are very attractive, just not as advertised. I agreed to keep them. She was very generous in her refund. Very positive transaction
Seller was fine, quick, and well packaged. The item was branded "coach" leather notebook. SOLID VINYL. I could have done better at a dollar store for $3.00. I'm all done buying Coach brand anything!
