This beautiful stoneware jar is a unique addition to any collection. Handmade in Frederick, Maryland by artist Nancy Bodmer, this 5.5 inch tall jar features a high gloss finish and a "cut-out" floral pattern - the pattern is the only portion of the jar that is unglazed (other than the base). This creates an eye-catching texture, as does the subtle green glaze around the rim. The jar is signed by the artist and weighs 1 pound, 9.6 ounces. The jar is perfect for display and its decorative features make it a great addition to any home. The interior is glazed and therefore it could be used as a vase or holder for a variety of items. The jar is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
