My item v\arrived very quickly, and it was shipped and packaged up very well to ensure it would arrive in perfect condition, and it did just that. This is an excellent product. Arrived quickly, nib as described. Packaged very well by seller, cosmetics need to be wrapped securely so I appreciate seller taking the time & doing it right using bubble wrap & a padded envelope. Item is exactly as described & I'm glad I managed to get this item before they all disappear (discontinued item)!
This was the worst packaging I have ever received. The seller literally shipped a heavy Lafco glass candle without its box in a thin plastic mailing envelope! The candle arrived shattered and unuseable. I notified the seller the candle arrived damaged. Seller issued a prompt refund.
