Item is exactly as described. I have been using Bare Minerals products for years as I work in the entertainment industry, and these provide great coverage and cover up for redness and blemishes. Was sad to see that in the last couple years they discontinued this product. These are brand new and packaged well! Packaging completely protected the eyeshadow palette! And, the double packaging protected it from the water in the mailbox!! The product was intact; in great condition; well worth the price and happily received! And, the product looked way better than what was pictured, so I was glad the item was realistically shown! The shipping speed was normal. I was very pleased with everything!!

Item was accidentally left out of first shipment (two items were ordered and only one was sent), but seller corrected mistake quickly and got item to me within a few days after I notified them about it.
