The heartache of this is that despite the padding & sturdy box marked fragile, the lovely stable of the nativity set was broken into 12 pieces along with several of the small figures. When I contacted the seller & sent photos of the broken pieces, they graciously & immediately refunded my costs. They were wonderful to deal with & I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
