For me, "like new" means the condition they were likely in when they arrived in the mail and apparently unread thereafter, allowing some small bumps caused by mailing and handling. May 1944 - Like new, and very cool teal titles on gold-brown background. June 1944 - top right corner is lightly bumped, not creased. July 1944 - like new except for a nearly invisible wrinkle on the bottom of the back cover. August 1944 - like new. October 1944 - Like new.
