  1. Product is advertised and works very well. Shipping company appears to have dropped the pack or dropped something on the pack because one of the knobs was dislodged from the unit and one of the aluminum tubes for the stand was bent. I was able to reshape the tube and both stand pcs are well connected. The shipping company held the pack in a single location for over a week before delivery. I contacted the seller and they immediately contacted the shipper and delivery was expediated.
