I never received the book! It was shipped without a tracking number even though I paid $19.99 for the USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking. I contacted the seller, they promptly replied and agreed to reship another book with a tracking. Two days passed, no notice of shipment or tracking. I recontacted the seller, they promptly replied explaining they could not reship the book for 20 days. Requested a refund which was immediately issued. Neutral rating for prompt replies and refund.

Unfortunately I was not able to receive the packaging due to the shipment being lost in delivery!! However the company refunded my payment!! Awesome!! I try again after the holidays!!
