Measurements are 11 inches across the waist, hip area is 13 inches, Inseam is 25 inches, leg opening is 4 inches and rise is 10 inches. Made in Haiti and is Machine washable. If item were placed in a plastic bag before being placed in mailer I wouldn't have had to worry about potentially cutting fabric. Item was packed very tightly into plastic mailer.

Brand new with tags item at a great price. It was as described, and packed well. I would prefer not to have pieces of fabric softener sheets in the packaging, as I am highly allergic.
