The item listed as new. However, shoes are missing. The seller has been contacted and claimed that this model does not come with shoes. After that, I made a search on Ebay, the model is listed with shoes. Had I known about this fact, I would have bought it from another seller. Unhappy with my purchase.

Item came as described, ear pads were junk, all accessories and instruction book were included which was great. Once I replaed the earpads, the device powered on and was functional. Good stuff.

I don’t know why transaction was canceled. I was waiting for item to ship then notified it was canceled. I asked no response.
