We also have a delivery note so we will include it if necessary. Tags and boxes are included. I wear it twice a month for two years. I wear them quite a bit. I think the insole is nice as I replaced it. All of them have been cleaned once and the images are shown. Some parts that are slightly dirty are shown in the picture. However, please understand that we cannot post all of these. It has been treated to have a fade feel, so I don't think dirt or anything noticeable.
