The console came in whole and clean, there were 2~3 not deep kings on the screen and there was dust in the screw holes and between the disc drive with the body. I doubt the console was completely new, most likely it was lying on the wind of the store.
Package came in on time and with everything as described. The item works and looks even better in person. The controller works and the the condition of the entire ps3 is excellent. I have no regrets purchasing this item.
