Item was sent by seller and Royal Mail sent email that they delivered it. Unfortunately in a different address. When I asked the seller if they prefer to chace it with Royal Mail or its better that I do it, he simply offered a refund. Fast, no questions asked. Its a pleasure doing business with sellers like that and such a shame that they take the hit for a fault that is not theirs. Thank you. Now I will go buy it again, hoping the postman doesnt miss the house this time.

The unbranded S25 Ultra 5G smartphone phone arrived as described with the accessories listed, undamaged. Adequate packaging. Checking out the phone itself... it's NICE! Easily an £800+ phone if branded. I would just as easily recommend this eBay seller! (No need to even contact them to make this assessment).
Came with sticker that read the S 25 Ultra was shipped without any charge for protection. All items were delivered as described by ad of seller, with short phone guidance,but not a manual for device. Arrived earlier than stated, came to doorstep in ten days. Maybe more details after drive is charging
